Act (Sadar Ali vs. Urman and others) as well as to consider impleadment application dated 20.03.2020. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case impleadment application as well as aforesaid case is not decided till date, the same shall be decided within a short period. 4. Taking note of above submissions, writ petition is disposed of with an observation that concerned respondent will take all endeavour to firstly decide impleadment application and thereafter will decide aforesaid proceedings expeditiously in accordance with law.
