Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of certiorari to quash the FIR dated 05.07.2024 bearing FIR No.0190 of 2024 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Fatehpur Chaurasi, District Unnao. 3. This Court vide order dated 16.01.2025 was of the view that the matter may be sent to the Medaition Centre of this Court. 4. Subsequent thereto vide order dated 20.01.2025 the matter had been sent to the Mediation Center of this Court. 5. As per the report of the Mediation Centre dated 29.05.2025, the mediation has been competed but no agreement has been arrived at between the parties meaning thereby the mediation has failed. 6. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received from Shri Ravi Shankar Mishra, Sub-Inspector Police Station Fatehpur Chaurasi, District Unnao dated 20.10.2025 states that a charge-sheet dated 07.01.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority on the same day i.e. 07.01.2025.
