The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the order dated 06.10.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gola Gokarannath, District Lakhimpur Kheri in Case No. 02135 of 2020 (Reshma Devi vs. Pramod Kumar and others), under Sections 133 Cr.P.C. 3. By the impugned order annexed at page 9, the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gola Gokarannath, District Kheri had dismissed the case in default of the applicant, on 06.10.2025. 4. After argument at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file Criminal Revision before the District and Sessions Judge concerned. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 7.
