Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material on record. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs:- "(i) 1 to to the To issue a writ in the direction nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. ensure the payment of suspension allowance (Subsistence allowance) petitioner from the date of suspension i.e. 29.12.2022 (passed by Opposite Party No. 1) up till now which has not been paid and further be pleased to direct the opposite party No.1 decide the representation dated 04.09.2025 moved by petitioner contained as Annexure NO. 6 to this writ petition in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 4.9.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.
