“ to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the letter No. H4/e-1728499/2019 dated 02-08-2019 issued by the respondent as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 5"^ and Respondents not to give any effect to the letter issued by the respondent letter No. H4/e-1728499/2019 dated 02-08- 2019 and pass such other order or orders.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no interim orders are passed in this matter. It appears that the cause of action does not survive by this time, hence the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge any impugned order, if so aggrieved.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I is in attendance and would submit that the cause of action does not survive in this matter. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if so aggrieved by the consequent orders, if any, passed by virtue of the impugned order in this matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
