Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Shri Rajnish Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2. The entire writ petition is misconceived as it relates to the alleged illegal demolition of a shop by respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3. It is to be noted that a suit was pending and the same was dismissed for default. The authorities have demolished the shop as the same was encroaching over land belonging to the Nagar Nigam. 4. In light of the same, we do not find any reason to interfere with the matter. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate court for redressal of his grievances.
