Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:21915-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 4235 of 2025 Petitioner :- Shailesh Yadav Respondent :- Baroda U.P. Bank Through Its Chairman Head Office Buddh Vihar Commercial Scheme Taramandal Gorakhpur And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shivajee Srivastava,Shrikant Singh Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- Parshuram Chaubey Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. Whether the petitioner is entitled to sanction of loan is essentially a commercial activity of the respondent-bank, which lies in the realm and policy of commercial considerations of the bank. Ordinarily a writ would not be issued for such purposes, unless it is shown that bank has acted arbitrarily. No such arbitrariness is shown on part of the bank. The writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
