When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the very same subject property, the petitioner has already filed a civil suit before this Court in C.S.No.200 of 2024 and the same is pending. In the view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner succeeds in the said civil suit pending before this Court, she is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Tahsildar for issuance of fresh patta. No costs.
