Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant was enlarged on interim bail on 25.11.2022. Vide the said order, the applicant and the victim were directed to get their marriage registered and file the same. 3. The Counsel for the applicant states that the marriage of the applicant and the victim could not be registered, however, they were stayed together. 4. In view of above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 25.11.2022 is confirmed till conclusion of the trial. 5. The anticipatory bail application is allowed in above terms.
