Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider and transfer the petitioner from the office of Umashankar Dixit District Male Hospital, Unnao (Chief Medical Officer, Unnao) to the office of Chief Medical Officer, Gorakhpur/Siddharthnagar/Basti /Mahrajganj/ Sant Kabirnagar as per options given by him in view of Clause 5 (iii) of the transfer policy dated 06.05.2025 expeditiously or within the time stipulated by the Hon'ble Court." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Gopal Ji Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Jay Narayan Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Medical And Health Services U.P. Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) Lucknow or any other competent authority.
