Heard the parties.
2.
This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 & 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 108 of B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petitioner was the fiancé of the deceased. There was a live-in- relationship but the informant who is the uncle of the deceased stated that there was some strong verbal exchange over phone between the petitioner and the deceased as a result of which this deceased has committed suicide. There is nothing in the F.I.R. to suggest that the petitioner has any hand in abetment of the said suicide.
5.
After hearing the parties, and after going through the records, I find that there was live-in-relationship between the deceased and this petitioner. There was some dispute which resulted in suicide of the deceased. Some exchange of words took place over phone. There is nothing concrete to arrive at a conclusion that this petitioner abetted the suicide.
6.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to allow this application.
7.
Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands
