JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 28-03-2025 It is seen that pursuant to the order dated 17.03.2025, the Finance Department have already released the ceiling of Rs.83,602/- and the petitioner herein would be receiving the said amount. Further to that, the petitioner is presently receiving the dues for his child in terms with the judgment and order dated 22.12.2023. Considering the above, this Court therefore closes the instant proceedings as nothing further is required to be done. 2. Be that as it may, this Court keeps the liberty as granted in the judgment and order dated 22.12.2023 at paragraph No.30(ix) open and the petitioner would be entitled to approach the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Darrang if the directions contained in the judgment and order dated 22.12.2023 is not complied with in future. 3.
