The present Cr.M.P has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of time to appear before the concerned Court below and furnish the bail bond in terms with the order dated dated 12.12.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 7520 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner could not arrange Rs.3,14,025/- due to financial crunch so as to deposit the same in favour of the Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited and thereafter to surrender before concerned court below in terms with the said order. 3. It is also submitted that subsequently the petitioner arranged the said amount and deposited it with the Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited on 21.05.2025. Since in the meantime, time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below had lapsed, he could not appear and furnish bail bond. Under the said circumstance, the time granted to the petitioner to appear 2025:JHHC:21414 2 before the court below and furnish the bail bond may be extended. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present Cr.M.P, the time granted to the petitioner to appear before the concerned court below and furnish bail bond in terms with paragraph no.5 of the dated 12.12.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 7520 of 2024 is extended for further three weeks. 5. The dated 12.12.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 7520 of 2024 is modified to the said extent. 6. The present Cr.M.P stands disposed of. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Vikas/
