Upon perusal of the Case Diary, it reveals that the investigation though has substantially been taken up, it has not reached its conclusion. 4. In view of the above, it is directed that the Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur shall monitor the investigation and impress upon the concerned I.O. to conclude the same diligently in an utmost and expeditious manner and to submit the Final Form, if any, within a period of one month, if there be no other legal impediment.
