Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.23 of 2025, under Section 126(2), 70(1) BNS, P.S. Gaurifanta, District Kheri. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that co-accused with the same allegation has been enlarged on bail today itself in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.10748 of 2025. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering that as the co-accused with same allegation has been granted bail, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6.
