At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in the counter affidavit dated 09.04.2025 states that final report dated 05.03.2025 has been filed. 4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 6.
