This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is seeking the following substantial reliefs: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 (Chief Medical Officer, Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad) for verifying the disability certificate of the petitioner issued on dated 04.01.2018 and mentioned as Certificate No.UP2812219900004045. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 15.01.2025 given by the petitioner which is pending before the respondents within stipulated time." 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has brought on record the disability certificate by way of supplementary affidavit. He submits that the said disability certificate issued to the petitioner may be verified by the respondents authority. 4. In light of the same, we direct the respondent No.2/Chief Medical Officer, Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad to take necessary steps and verify the disability certificate of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from date. 5.
