The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 20.09.202 passed by Special Judge, (SC/ST) Act/Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.2, District Unnao in Criminal Misc. Case 347 of 2025 in (Brijesh vs. Sonu & others) against the applicant. 3. After arguing at some length, it is informed by learned counsel for the parties that the FIR bearing No.384 of 2025 under Sections 115(2), 352, 105 of BNS and Section 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST Act has already been lodged on 04.11.2025. 4. As the order in question has already been executed by way of lodging FIR, therefore, present application has lost its efficacy and same is hereby, dismissed.
