GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following ORDER: The writ petition is filed seeking the following main prayer:- “……to issue an appropriate order or direction, more particularly, a writ of MANDAMUS declaring the orders passed by the 2nd Respondent vide proceedings Rc.No.52/Admn.11-1/2017- 31, dated.21-6-2017 in transferring/redeploying the petitioner from Jawahar Bharathi College, Kavali and posting at Y.A. Govt. Degree College, Chirala on redeployment basis without following any procedure, even though he is senior most person in the Physics Department in the 4th respondent college and having redeployed the junior most persons in the other departments as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discrimination and also violation of principles of natural justice and set aside the orders passed by the 2nd 2 Respondent vide proceedings Rc.No.52/Admn.II-1/2017-31, dated.21-6-2017 by further directing the respondents to retain the petitioner in the 4th respondent college as Reader in Physics Department in the interest of justice…..” 2. When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner on the earlier occasion i.e., 21.03.2025 and even today also. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed a copy of the communication vide Rc.No.2281/PAC.II/2025 dated 28.03.2025 received from the Director of Collegiate Education, wherein, it is mentioned that the writ petitioner is retired from J.B. College, Kavali on 31.05.2024. 4. In view of the above stated position, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
