HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU Case: WP(C) 161/2025 CM 334/2025 Asghar Hussain Shah ….Appellant/Petitioner(s) Through :- Petitioner in person. V/s UT of J&K and others ….Respondent(s) Through :- Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 30.01.2025 1. After arguing for a while, petitioner who is present in person, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition when confronted with the maintainability of the same, with liberty to seek appropriate remedy under law. According to the petitioner, inspite of the fact that he has approached concerned Senior Superintendent of police as well as concerned SHO for registration of an FIR, however both of them have failed to act on the petitioner's application for registration of an FIR, and petitioner instead of availing the appropriate remedy as envisaged under law has filed the instant petition. 2. In view of the statement made by the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. (Wasim Sadiq Nargal) Judge Jammu: 30.01.2025 Bir Sr.No. 55
