The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Unnao to expeditiously conclude complaint case no.925/22 and 926/22 under Section 138 NI Act titled M/s Kalpana Industries vs. K.D. Overseas & Others, preferably within a period of two months from the date of the order of this Hon'ble Court. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since the year 2022. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that under Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act, it is provided that every trial under this Section shall be conducted as expeditiously as possible and an endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint. He has submitted that since long time, the case is pending without substantial progress. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to adhere to the provisions of Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act and accordingly expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case in accordance with law without giving unnecessary adjournment. 5. This application stands disposed of.
