Chaitanya Srinivas, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for ZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, Madugu Polavaram Village, Veeravasaram Mandal, West Godavari District, dated 11.06.2025 along with the Sketch, Revenue Record and the photograph. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the Written Instruction that the Gram Panchayat has not encroached into any road or road margin for construction of the overhead tank. The photograph would indicate that the foundations have been laid adjacent to the road without encroaching on to the road. 4. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions, submits that after filing of the present Writ Petition, the alignments have been changed without affecting the road. 5. Having recorded the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits to the extent as stated above. No Order as to Costs. 3 6.
