Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears on behalf of the State-Respondent nos.1 and 4 and Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to respondent no.5 is dispensed with. This petition has been filed with the following main prayers : "(i) To issue a writ order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 4 to execute the Recovery Certificate dated 11.12.2020 issued by opposite party no. 3 to recover the entire amount of Rs. 57,21,550/-from opposite party no. 5 within a specific time period or as determined by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) To issue a writ order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.4 to recover the entire amount with 9.75% annual simple interest on the principal amount of Rs. 39,49,531/- since 01.12.2020, till date of realization." This petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4, District Magistrate, Ghaziabad to take necessary steps for compliance of the Recovery Certificate dated 11.12.2020 within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no other legal impediment.
