This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending her arrest for offences registered under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Further this petitioner is an unmarried sister-in-law. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact that one of the similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail and considering the fact that this petitioner is a lady, this Court finds it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
