Dr. Umesh Kumar Sharma, Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, U.P. Lucknow- Respondent No.3 has filed compliance affidavit which is taken on record. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the applicant has been paid the salary since 10.10.2025 and for payment of salary for the period since 24.05.2024 till 09.10.2025 the reports had been called for from the Range Forest Officers regarding attendance of the applicant and they have reported that the applicant had not worked from 24.05.2024 till 09.10.2025, so the salary could not be paid to the applicant for the said period. 3. On being asked from the learned counsel for the applicant to place any document to show that he had worked since 25.05.2024 till 09.10.2025 but he has replied that he has no documents to show that he had on duty but in actual he had worked with the opposite parties in different ranges. The said disputed question of fact in absence of any document could not be decided in the contempt proceedings. 4. In view of above, the judgement and order passed by the writ court has been complied with and the present contempt application has become Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Manish Kumar Srivastava, Adil Aziz Khan, Aman Agarwal, Maneesh Singh, Santosh Srivastava, Shailendra Singh Chauhan Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Basdev .....Applicant(s) Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, Prin. Secy. Forest Anubhag-Iii Govt. Of U.P. Secrtt. Lko. And Others .....Opposite Party(s) infructuous and it is dismissed accordingly. 5. It is, however, open for the applicant to avail the remedy as permissible under the law. 6. The notices, if any, issued against the respondent is discharged. November 10, 2025 S.
