This application has been filed by the claimants/respondents namely Sri Robin Chandra Saikia and Sri Bhargav Pratim Saikia praying for releasing the 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the insurance company before the Registry of this Court. 3. In pursuance to the directions of this court of while granting stay on the execution of the judgment and award passed in MAC Appeal No. 393/2022. 4. The learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection prayer made by the applicants. 5. Since the present applicants were the claimants in whose favour the judgment and award which has been impugned in the MAC Appeal No.393/2022 was passed, the prayer is allowed. The Registry is directed to release the 50% of the awarded amount which has been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry in connection with MACApp./393/2022 after proper verification and identification of the claimants.
