Heard Mr. Varun Kant learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "1. Issue a Writ. Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Parties to consider and grant Child Care Leave to the petitioner for the period of 119 days from 11.11.2025 to 09.03.2026 as applied vide application dated 11.09.2025. forthwith. 11. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Parties to decide all future Child Care Leave applications of the petitioner strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Government Order dated 11.04.2011 and within a reasonable time. III. Allow the writ petition in favour of the petitioner with exemplary costs against the Respondents for the repeated harassment, mental agony and irreparable loss caused to the petitioner and her minor son due to the illegal and arbitrary actions and inaction of the Opposite Parties." On the basis of instructions received, learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing of this petition, the aforesaid leave has been sanctioned to petitioner.
