This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners have prayed for the following substantial reliefs: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to permit/allow the petitioners to operate and run his business of meat and meat products as per their license bearing No.12725998000414 issued by government of India which is valid up to 01.09.2026 in the interest of justice. (Contained as Annexure No.1) ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of further Mandamus restraining the opposite parties from creating any hindrance/obstruction in functioning of business/shop of meat and met product of petitioners as per their license bearing No.12725998000414 issued by Government of India under Food Safety and Standard Authority of India, in the interest of justice." 2. Upon hearing Counsel appearing for the parties, we are of the view that no specific reason has been assigned by the authorities for creating a hindrance in running of the business of the petitioner. 3. In light of the same, we direct the respondent authorities not to interfere in the running of the business of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. 4. We make is clear that the order passed by the Court today shall not act as impediment against the valid notice being issued by the respondent authorities in accordance with law.
