Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to consider the petitioner's claim for adjustment to the post of Head Assistant in District Kaushambi. 3. It has been submitted that earlier in the year 2022, petitioner was promoted to the post of Head Assistant and he gave his option on 08.10.2025 for posting in District Kaushambi where such a post was vacant, particularly in view of serious illness of his aged father. 4. It is submitted that in view of the vacancy in the District Unnao, petitioner's case can be considered by the appropriate authority. 5. Considering the innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health Services, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025, expeditiously, within a period of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kaushlendra Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
