Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents no.1 to 4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 26.07.2025 bearing Case Crime No.278 of 2025, under Section 13 of Public Gambling Act, 1867, Police Station- Sandila, District Hardoi. 4. On the other hand, learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Surendra Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Sandila, Hardoi dated 11.11.2025, states that a charge-sheet has been submitted before the Supervisory Authority on 12.10.2025. 5. Upon the same being pointed out learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue other remedy as may be available to him under law. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
