By means of present writ petition the petitioner has challenged order dated 15.10.2025, passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Amethi in Case No. 505 of 2025, whereby the parties have been directed to maintain status quo, and order dated 05.05.2025, passed by the appellate Court has been stayed. While passing the said order, the petitioner was given due opportunity of hearing and also it has been clearly recorded that compliance of the order impugned has already been carried out in the revenue records and therefore there is fair chance of violation of law and order, due to which it is necessary to pass the impugned order during pendency of the revisional proceedings. 3. This Court see no reason to interfere in the impugned order dated 15.10.2025. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case revisional proceedings are decided expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in case suitable directions are issued to the revisional Court to decide the proceedings Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amit Kumar Singh, Devang Singh, Ramu Patel Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Anil Kumar Pandey Ayodhya Prasad .....Petitioner(s) Deputy Director Of Consolidation, Amethi And Others .....Respondent(s) expeditiously. 5. In the light of above, this Court finds that order dated 15.10.2025, has been passed after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the necessary ingredients for passing an interim order are existing and the Deputy Director of Consolidation has clearly looked into all the aspects of prima facie case, balance of convenience and irreparable loss. 6. With regard to expediting the revisional proceedings, this Court has been informed that transfer application has been moved by the petitioner in the said proceedings, therefore, it is not the appropriate stage to expedite the revisional proceedings. 7. In the light of above, no ground for interference is made out. The writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed. November 4, 2025 A. Verma WRIB No. 1055 of 2025 2 (Alok Mathur,J.)
