Eswaraiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. 2 2. Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in proposing to allot the Bandi Dari (cart track) land in an extent of Ac.0-50 cents in Sy.No.I4, classified as Anadeenam land, for house sites, under the scheme ‘Navarathnalu Pedalandiriki Illu’ obstructing the petitioner from ingress and egress into their agricultural lands in Sy. No.104/2A an extent of Ac.0-22 cents, 106/2A/1B an extent of Ac.0-05 cents, 16/12A an extent of Ac.0-31 cents, 16/12D an extent of Ac.0.20 cents, 16/12B an extent of Ac.0-30 cents 16/12C an extent of Ac.0-25 cents 27/3 an extent of Ac.1-26 cents and in Sy. No.35/2 an extent of Ac.0-63 cents totaling an extent of Ac.3- 20 cents at Pullaiahgaripalli village, Chandragiri Mandal, Chittoor District, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the Office of the learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him from the Tahsildar. A perusal of the same would reflect that the classification of the subject land was changed to ‘AWD’ vide proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer in D.Dis.G/2634/2013, dated 30.05.2013. The respondents are not contemplating to disturb the existing cart track, which is being utilized by the respective land owners as cart track. 4. The written instructions of the 3rd respondent – Tahsildar, are placed on record. 3 5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
