Heard Shri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pankaj Srivastava, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged the validity of a show cause notice dated 19.09.2025 issued by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sitapur. 3. The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the writ petition challenging the aforesaid show cause notice is not maintainable as the petitioner has an opportunity to submit a reply to the show cause notice, which shall be considered and dealt with appropriately by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sitapur. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a reply to the show cause notice dated 19.09.2025 and it is provided that the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sitapur shall pass an appropriate order after dealing with the pleas taken by the petition in reply to the show cause notice.
