The instant petition has been preferred to direct the learned Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 5, Allahabad to conclude/decide the trial pertaining to Case No. 339 of 2022 (Smt. Renu Pushpakar Vs. Mahendra Pushpakar), under section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Shivkuti, District- Prayagraj/Allahabad, within stipulated period of time. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that in spite of appearance made in the aforesaid Case No. 339 of 2022, no interim maintenance has ever been extended in favour of petitioner till today and the matter is pending since 2022, i.e., near about three years, but the same is pending for consideration. 4. In view of the above, learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 5, Allahabad/court concerned is hereby directed to proceed with Case No. 339 of 2022 (Smt. Renu Pushpakar Vs. Mahendra Pushpakar), under section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Shivkuti, District-Prayagraj/Allahabad and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, specifically with regard to interim maintenance. 5.
