Upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and considering the representation dated 18.10.2025, it is seen that the Waqf has certain properties which are not enumerated and in this regard, a resolution has already been passed and the representation is made to issue the notification. 3.
