It is represented that an SLP has been preferred before the Hon’ble Apex Court against the order passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench on 09.09.2025 and by order dated 28.11.2025; the Hon’ble Apex Court has granted stay of the contempt proceeding until further order(s) pending SLP. Since the subject matter of the writ appeal is before the Hob’ble Apex Court, this Court feels that for the present, the contempt case needs to be closed. Accordingly, the CC stands closed. However, it is left open for the petitioner that in the event, any circumstances warrant, the petitioner can always avail remedies in accordance with law.
