The Petitioner’s grievance is that his bank accounts maintained with Opposite Parties 3 & 4 have been freezed pursuant to the direction of Vigilance Department in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No.38 of 2023. 3. In course of hearing, it is submitted by Mr. Das, learned Standing Counsel for Vigilance that vide Office Memo No.264(2)/ VCS-CD dated 21st January 2026 and 269(2)/VCS-CD dated 21st January 2026, the Bank accounts of the Petitioner Viz. S.B. A/c Digitally Signed Signed by: SANGRAM DAS Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 06-Feb-2026 14:34:04 Signature Not Verified No.6131101001078 of Canara Bank at Rahama and S.B. A/c No.634201510115 of ICICI Bank at Bajrakabati Road, Cuttack have been requested for defreezing. In this regard copy of letter dated 27th January 2026 of the Inspector of Vigilance –CD, Cuttack is produced before this Court by Mr. Das, learned Standing Counsel. 3.
