The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) seeking quashment of the order dated 21.12.2024 passed by the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Reasi in Revision titled ‘Mohd. Bashir & Anr vs UT of J&K’, whereby the order passed by the learned Munsiff, Reasi dated 22.02.2024, is upheld. 02. After arguing for a while, Mr. Ch. Mohd Shabir, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners when confronted with the maintainability of the petition seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with a liberty to seek appropriate remedy under law before the competent Court, as according to learned counsel for the petitioners, the order passed by the learned Munsiff which has been upheld by the Revisional Court, is being flouted by the respondents. 03.
