CMP No. 32039 of 2025 The present application under Order 32 Rule 12 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure for discharging natural guardian, has been filed by applicant/respondent No. 3, namely Adil Ahmed alias Mohammad Aslam Ganie. As per the averments made in the application and a perusal of Annexure A-1, appended with CMP No. 32040 of 2025 depicts that the applicant is born on 10.02.2002. Since the applicant has attained the age of majority, the application is allowed and he is permitted to pursue the litigation in his personal capacity, after discharging the natural guardian. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 32040 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicant/respondent No. 3 has prayed for release of the compensation amount falling in his share, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. Since the appeal has been decided on 26.08.2016, the amount falling to the share of the applicant/respondent No. 3, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, along with up to date interest is ordered to be released in his favour and the same may be remitted into his Bank account, detail whereof is given in para No. 4 of the application. It is made clear that before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/respondent No. 3 may be verified. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 32041 of 2025 By way of present application filed under Order 32 Rule 12 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, applicant/respondent No. 5, namely Safeena, has prayed for discharging her natural guardian. The applicant has placed on record the School Leaving Certificate, perusal of which reveals that the applicant/respondent No. 5 is born on 10.04.2001. In view of the ibid facts, since the applicant has attained the age of majority, the natural guardian is discharged and she is permitted to pursue the case in her own capacity. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 32308 of 2025 By way of present application, applicant/respondent No. 5 has prayed for condonation of delay in refiling the application. In view of the averments made in the application the same is allowed and delay in refiling the application is condoned. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 32307 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicant/respondent No. 5, namely Safeena has prayed for release of the amount falling to her share, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. Since the appeal has been decided on 26.08.2016, the interest of justice demands that the amount falling to her share along with up to date interest be released in her favour. Accordingly, the amount falling to her share as per the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal below is ordered to be released in her favour by remitting the same into her Bank account, detail whereof is given in para No. 3 of the application. It is made clear that before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/respondent No. 5 may be verified.
