After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petition may be disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to submit appropriate representations to both respondent Nos.1 and 2, who may be directed to consider the same within the stipulated time frame. 3.
