This petition has been filed challenging an F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.0115/2025, under Sections 318(4), 351(3) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Vikas Nagar, District Lucknow. 3. On an objection raised by learned A.G.A. that this is second petition for the same relief and the first petition was withdrawn by the petitioner with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first petition was withdrawn as certain facts were not given in the petition, however, liberty was granted to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4. In view of above, since the liberty was granted on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, therefore, this second petition is not maintainable. 5.
