Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Sub- Inspector of Police, Pithapuram Town Police Station, East Godavari wherein it is stated that after due investigation by the Police, the case ended up with acquittal under Section 235(1) Cr.P.C., by special judge for the special court for speedy trial of offences under the POCSO Act Court, Kakinada on 22.03.2024. 3. In view of the fact that the case was ended up in acquittal vide on 22.03.2024 by special judge for the special court for speedy trial of offences under the POCSO Act Court, Kakinada, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders would be necessary in the present petition. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
