Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the opposite parties to pay arrears of salary by refixing the pension by granting III-rd Assured Career Progression amending grade pay 4800 to 6600 with interest @ 24% per annum from the date of entitlement i.e. 15.06.2025 till superannuation i.e. 30.06.2022 in a stipulated time, in the interest of justice." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Inspector General Registration, District - Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
