The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.13, Pratapgarh to decide Criminal Case No.6952 of 2022, State Vs. Suresh Kumar and others, arising out of Case Crime No.228 of 2020, under Sections 323, 427, 452, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Mandhata, District Pratapgarh, which is pending since 2022, within a time frame. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2022 without any substantial progress. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
