The petitioner is an accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 04/2025. The accused persons are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and had taken away several articles and cash. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Md. Mohtamin. No Test Identification Parade has been held. One of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 4541 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery was effected from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih in connection with Birni P.S.
