ORAL ORDER
1. Registry has raised an objection on the objection filed by petitioner dated 15.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the objection is not in the form of the affidavit, therefore does not require a verifying affidavit.
The submission is accepted, the office objection raised on the objection filed by the petitioner dated 15.11.2025 is set aside.

3. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Quash the endorsement dated 16.50.2018 in No.MU/CVC/19/2017-18, issued by the R2 (Annexure-F)
ii. Striking down the rate at Serial No.520 in the guideline valuation of the Sub-Registrar, Mysore East for the year 2018-19 as being ultravirous (Annexure-G)
iii. Direct the R2 to consider the recommendation of respondent No.3 dated 29.11.2017 in letter No. CVC.CR:18/2017-18 vide Annexure-E
iv. Direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation by the petitioner dated 10.09.2018 (Annexure-H)
v. Grant such other relief as this Hon’ble Court deemed fit to grant.
4. Learned AGA has filed a memo producing certain sale deeds and encumbrance certificates as regards the site which has been formed in the entire layout.
5. His submission is that there being 203 sites which have been formed. The stamp duty has been paid as per the guideline value fixed by the State and as such the State has no further claim as regards the sale deed which has been executed and registered.

6. Sri.Chandranath Ariga.K., learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the execution of such sale deed and payment of stamp duty as per the guideline value which has been fixed by the State.
7. All the Encumbrance Certificate as also sample sale deed have been placed on record. It is clear that the sale had occurred in the guideline value which has been fixed by the State.
8. In that view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that nothing further survives for
consideration. The stamp duty has already been paid by the petitioner and/or the developer who had entered into an agreement with the petitioner for joint development. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
