Present petition has been filed with the following main reliefs: "(1) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to opposite party no. 3 and 5 to pay EPF with interest @ rate of 12 percent to the petitioners in pursuance of order dated 23-08-1993 of opposite party no. 5 on delayed deposit of EPF employee and employer contribution amount of the petitioners in the EPF Trust PCDF Lucknow." 2. Considering the fact that the petitioners have already approached respondent no.5, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioners to file a fresh representation before respondent no.5, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months. 3.
