Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider application submitted by petitioner for grant of medical leave in view of his illness. 3. It is submitted that earlier petitioner had been dismissed from service by means of order dated 22nd November, 2024 and appeal thereagainst was also rejected on 6th January, 2025 but revision preferred before State Government has been allowed vide order dated 13th August, 2025 remanding matter for inquiry afresh while also granting reinstatement to petitioner. 4. However it is submitted that due to petitioner's illness, he preferred an application for medical leave which is still pending. 5. From submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner, it is evident that grievance is required to be addressed by the authority concerned in exercise of executive power. 6. In view thereof, the opposite party No.4 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Itwa, District Siddharthnagar is directed to consider petitioner's application for medical leave expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority.
