The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 84/87 of the B.N.S. and Section 64 (2)(M) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. On 20.08.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have enticed away married daughter of the informant. Both the petitioner and the daughter of the informant went to the Mumbai. It was submitted that daughter of the informant had willingly gone with the petitioner to the Mumbai, when they got married. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Latehar P.S.
