Writ Petitioner filed statutory appeal before the Revenue Divisional officer and the same is pending consideration. As such, there is no disobedience as alleged by the petitioner and prayed to close the Contempt Case. 3.
To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client has not informed him about the filing of the appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, however prayed to record the contents of the counter and close the Contempt Case. 4. Perusal of the Endorsement issued by the Tahsildar, Tirupati Rural vide D.Dis A/208/2019 dated 12.09.2019 would indicate that pursuant to the orders of this Court in Writ Petition No.5068 of 2019, a notice was issued to the petitioner to attend for enquiry and the Tahsildar, after conducting enquiry and on perusing the documents furnished by the petitioner, has rejected the request of the petitioner for mutation and issuing of pattadar pass books for the subject land. 5. In view of the above, recording the contents of the counter affidavit of the respondent and taking into consideration the Endorsement issued by the Tahsildar, dated 12.09.2019, since the authority has already complied with the directions of this Court in Writ Petition No.5068 of 2019 in the year 2019 itself, there remains nothing for adjudication in the Contempt Case and the Contempt Case is liable to be closed. 3
